Penned Studio Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Penned Studio provides digital products, eBooks, courses, templates, and mobile applications designed for leadership, professional development, and personal growth. Because our products include instant digital access and downloadable materials, our cancellation and refund policies differ from those of physical goods.

2. Digital Product Policy

All purchases of digital downloads, eBooks, courses, templates, and app access are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and access granted.
This includes:

  • The Disciplined Leader App

  • eBooks and workbooks (PDF, EPUB, DOCX)

  • Digital planners, templates, and course materials

Reason: Upon purchase, customers receive immediate access to intellectual property that cannot be returned.

However, we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience issues with file access, download errors, or app functionality, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at jenniferpenned@pennedstudio.com, and we will:

  • Reissue your access,

  • Assist with troubleshooting, or

  • Provide an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

3. Subscription or Renewal Policy (if applicable)

If you are enrolled in a subscription plan or quarterly/annual update membership, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via jenniferpenned@pennedstudio.com.

  • Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Partial or prorated refunds are not available for unused subscription periods.

4. One-Time Lifetime Purchases

Purchases made under a “Lifetime Access” or “Unlimited Access” plan are non-cancellable and non-refundable after the order is completed. These plans guarantee continued access to the purchased content, including eligible updates and improvements as described at the time of purchase.

5. Promotional Sales & Discounts

All promotional, discounted, or coupon-based purchases are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

6. Technical Support

If you encounter issues accessing your materials, we encourage you to reach out immediately to jenniferpenned@pennedstudio.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order confirmation number

  • Description or screenshot of the issue

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2–3 business days.

7. Exceptions

Refunds or credits may only be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchases, or

  • Verified technical failure on our part preventing product delivery.

No exceptions will be made for lack of usage or change of preference.
