1. Overview

14-Day Return Policy


We want every leader who enrolls in the Discipline Leader System to feel confident in their decision.


If the Discipline Leader System does not help you feel more confident enforcing standards with your team within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.


To qualify for a refund:


• Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date

• You must have accessed the program and attempted to apply the materials

• Refund requests must be submitted by contacting our support team


Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


This guarantee exists because we believe leadership development should produce real results, not just inspiration.


Our goal is for you to walk away with a leadership framework you can use immediately to reinforce expectations, protect standards, and lead with clarity.


If for any reason you feel the program is not the right fit, we will honor the refund within the 14-day window.

2. Digital Product Policy

However, we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience issues with file access, download errors, or app functionality, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at jenniferpenned@pennedstudio.com, and we will:

Reissue your access,

Assist with troubleshooting, or

Provide an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

3. Subscription or Renewal Policy (if applicable)

If you are enrolled in a subscription plan or quarterly/annual update membership, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through your Subscription customer managing portal. (Appstle). This is found during any checkouts and sent via email after your purchase. You may send an email to jenniferpenned@pennedstudio.com if you have issues retrieving that information.

Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Partial or prorated refunds are not available for unused subscription periods.

4. One-Time Lifetime Purchases

Purchases made under a “Lifetime Access” or “Unlimited Access” plan are non-cancellable and non-refundable after the order is completed. These plans guarantee continued access to the purchased content, including eligible updates and improvements as described at the time of purchase.

5. Promotional Sales & Discounts

All promotional, discounted, or coupon-based purchases are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

6. Technical Support

If you encounter issues accessing your materials, we encourage you to reach out immediately to jenniferpenned@pennedstudio.com with:

Order confirmation number

Description or screenshot of the issue

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2–3 business days.

7. Exceptions

Refunds or credits may only be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:

Duplicate purchases, or

Verified technical failure on our part preventing product delivery.

No exceptions will be made for lack of usage or change of preference.
